Here are Notes of Five DPRD Commissions Regarding 2020 Raperda APBD

The report is complete, yet there was an increase in the budget for Carik Jakarta and political party funds

Five commissions of Jakarta DPRD submitted a note on the deepening of the draft bylaw of the 2020 APBD to the Budget Committee (Banggar), on Monday (12/9).

The Commission A Chairman Mujiyono conveyed a note on the results of the approval of the legislators' direct and indirect expenditures in the government sector along with the SKPD from Rp 10.40 trillion to Rp 10.41 trillion.

This adjustment was due to approvals for the increase in the budget ceiling proposed by the SKPD. Among them was Carik Jakarta’s orientation for the Dasa Wisma operational at the urban village level and political party funds.

"The report is complete, yet there was an increase in the budget for Carik Jakarta and political party funds, including a shift in activities in several SKPDs. But it doesn't change its budget ceiling, such as reduction of urban village activities in West Jakarta," he explained.

Jakarta DPRD's Commission B Chairman Abdul Azis stated a number of discussion agreements on the draft bylaw of 2020 APBD with the economic council amounting to Rp 4.13 trillion was due to the adjustment of the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) for other individual service providers (PJLP) by Rp 4.2 million per person in 2020.

"The others have not changed, including BUMD budget allocation," he told.
